SMILES, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA,  SOUP, SUSHI, SUNSETS.


These words describe my trip pretty accurately. Maybe you need help reading between the lines? Our top priority was surfing and camping.  Both accomplished with enthusiasm. When the waves defeated me, I resigned to sidewalk surfing. These two activities are exactly what I envisioned of the Southern California lifestyle. What's not to love about that! It was hard to say good-bye. I can't wait to return and catch some gnarly waves.
